Rebecca Daddino is excited to join Linville Law as an Associate.
Even before attending law school, Rebecca knew she wanted to practice Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Elder Law. She was fortunate to be raised with the help of not only a great-grandmother, but also her maternal grandparents. Her upbringing surrounded by aging family members helped her develop her passion for assisting the elderly.
Rebecca attended Wake Forest University School of Law where she developed her skills by participating in the Elder Law Clinic and serving as Coordinator of the Pro Bono Wills Project. Today, Rebecca focuses her practice on Guardianship, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Elder Law. She strives to be knowledgeable in her chosen fields of practice through continuous study and seeking out opportunities to attend continuing legal education programs. She approaches the practice of law with compassion and caring for each of her clients. She is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
Rebecca currently lives in Charlotte with the love of her life, Josh, and their cat Perdi. When she is not serving clients or expanding her knowledge, she enjoys escape rooms, tavern trivia, and spending time with Josh and Perdi.
